RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions are available exclusively for our coffee products . We do not offer subscriptions for other products in the store.

By subscribing, you will receive a 10% discount on each coffee delivery for the duration of your subscription.

You can choose to receive your coffee in intervals of one week, two weeks, three weeks or four weeks . This allows you to tailor the delivery to your consumption and preferences.

Your subscription automatically renews at the selected interval, using the payment method on file. Renewal will continue until you decide to cancel your subscription.

Yes, you can manage your subscription through our subscription portal . From there, you can adjust delivery details, change your payment method, or cancel your subscription at any time.

If payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to three times . If payment is not received after three attempts, the subscription will be automatically paused and you will receive a notification informing you of the situation.

No, because these are food products , we do not offer refunds or exchanges for coffee subscriptions. Please make sure to review your order carefully before confirming your subscription.

After subscribing, you will receive a link to the subscription portal where you can manage all aspects of your coffee subscription.

You can pause your subscription at any time from the subscription portal . The subscription will remain paused until you decide to reactivate or cancel it.

HANDS TO COFFEE

Manos al Café is a movement that connects Puerto Rican coffee growers with volunteers who wish to support the coffee harvesting process. Our goal is to join forces to revitalize the coffee industry on the island and contribute to the sustainability of local cultivation .

You can register on our online platform , where you will find opportunities to work directly on coffee farms , helping with the harvest and other related activities. The process is simple and allows anyone interested in learning and contributing to be part of the movement.

Volunteers participate in tasks such as coffee harvesting, bean sorting and general farm support . No previous experience is necessary, as the farmers provide the necessary instructions on site .

No, there is no cost to volunteer at Manos al Café. However, we recommend that participants bring their own basic equipment, such as gloves, water, and sun protection .

We work with coffee growers from various regions of Puerto Rico. Farms vary depending on the season and crop availability . When you join, we will assign you to a farm that needs support at that time.

Manos al Café helps coffee growers optimize their harvest at key moments , which contributes to greater production and quality of Puerto Rican coffee. It also fosters a sense of community and collaboration among producers and volunteers.

On our website and social media, we post detailed information about participating farms and their specific needs during harvest seasons. We also send updates to registered volunteers .

RESERVATIONS

Inside the room up to a maximum of 12 people .

Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the event at no additional cost. For last minute changes, please contact us directly .

Yes, we can close off specific areas of the café for private events . However, outside drinks or food cannot be brought in.

CATERING

Yes, we offer coffee in two presentations:

  • Coffee boxes with a fixed price.
  • Coffee thermoses require a deposit. The deposit will be refunded once the thermos is returned to us.

We offer several coffee options:

  • American Coffee
  • Coffee with milk
  • Alternative Coffee with Milk (with almond milk, oat milk options).

You can also order hot chocolate for your events.

The coffee thermos deposit is charged at the time of order . Once you return the thermos to us, the deposit amount will be refunded in full .

Coffee boxes can serve between 8-12 cups , depending on the portion size. If you need more, you can order multiple boxes or thermoses .

Orders must be placed at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance .

Yes, we do deliver for an additional charge. Delivery areas cover a 10 mile radius .
